The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analysis & Reporting\nProduce daily, weekly, and monthly KYC operational reports and scorecards.\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and performance opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain management information (MI) dashboards and KPI reporting.\nPerform data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.\nProvide actionable insights to senior management through data-driven analysis.\nMetrics Management\nDefine, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level metrics.\nTrack productivity, capacity, cycle times, aging, and quality metrics across KYC processes.\nSupport governance forums by preparing metrics packs and executive summaries.\nConduct root cause analysis for metric variances and performance gaps.\nAutomation & Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate recurring reports and data processes.\nUtilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx, or Python to improve reporting efficiency.\nPartner with Operations, Technology, and Data teams to enhance reporting capabilities.\nSupport implementation of new reporting solutions and dashboards.\nData Governance & Controls\nEnsure compliance with data governance policies and reporting standards.\nMaintain documentation of reporting methodologies and data definitions.\nSupport audit, regulatory, and compliance requests related to KYC metrics.\nValidate data sources and monitor data quality issues.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with KYC Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams.\nPresent findings and recommendations to managers and senior leadership.\nRespond to ad-hoc data requests and business inquiries within agreed timelines.\nServe as a subject matter expert for KYC operational metrics and reporting.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.\n5-7 years of experience in data analytics, MIS reporting, KYC operations, AML, or financial services.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas).\nExperience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.\nStrong attention to detail and data quality.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in KYC, AML, Financial Crimes, Client Onboarding, or Compliance Operations.\nKnowledge of banking regulations and KYC lifecycle management.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx, Python, or other analytics tools.\nExposure to automation and process improvement initiatives.\nUnderstanding of data governance and risk management practices.\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
