The ideal candidate is a versatile, execution-focused professional who can manage multiple priorities in a complex, global organization.\nResponsibilities\nManage the day-to-day execution of Loan IQ projects, workstreams, and platform initiatives.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and action items.\n\nCoordinate activities across Product Management, Technology, Operations, Production Support, and Business teams.\n\nFacilitate project governance meetings and provide clear status reporting to working teams and senior stakeholders.\n\nSupport requirements definition, testing, implementation planning, production readiness, and post-implementation activities.\n\nIdentify delivery risks and blockers early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate concerns when appropriate.\n\nServe as a central coordinator for production defects and operational issues affecting Loan IQ.\n\nEnsure production defects are promptly acknowledged, appropriately documented in Jira, and assigned to the correct team.\n\nCoordinate defect triage, ownership determination, stakeholder communication, and resolution tracking.\n\nMaintain oversight of production issues through resolution or formal backlog prioritization.\n\nEscalate priority issues, ownership gaps, risks, and blockers in a timely manner.\n\nSupport root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform stability and operational efficiency.\n\nDrive accountability and effective execution across teams without direct management authority.\n\nAppropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for Citi’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets.\n\nQualifications\n10-15 years of relevant experience in technology project management, program delivery, production management, application support, business analysis, or a related discipline.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing technology projects or complex workstreams within a large, matrixed organization.\n\nStrong project management skills, including planning, milestone management, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.\n\nExperience coordinating requirements, testing, implementation, release readiness, and post-implementation support.\n\nExperience managing production incidents, application defects, triage, or operational support processes.\n\nWorking knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience using Jira or similar tools for project and defect tracking.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and influence stakeholders across teams.\n\nFinancial services, commercial lending, syndicated lending, or wholesale lending experience preferred.\n\nLoan IQ platform knowledge and experience strongly preferred.\n\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification is a plus.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree\n\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
