opportunities through data-driven insights\nBuild and scale AI-powered solutions that generate measurable business impact\nKey Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will:\nAdvanced Analytics & Data Science\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, risks, and business opportunities.\nDevelop analytical frameworks to solve business problems related to client experience, pricing optimization, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention.\nTranslate ambiguous business requirements into structured analytical and data science solutions.\nMachine Learning Development\nDesign, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models \nDeliver models that generate measurable business value and support decision-making.\nDevelop and enhance Generative AI applications leveraging: \nDesign, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows supporting analytics and AI initiatives.\nPartner with data engineering teams to improve data quality, lineage, governance, and platform scalability.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with business, product, operations, technology, and data teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.\nPresent analytical findings, model outcomes, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.\nExperience\n3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related disciplines.\nExperience working within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.\nDemonstrated experience deploying production-grade machine learning or AI solutions.\nTechnical Skills\nProgramming & Data Management\nStrong proficiency in Python (required)\nAdvanced SQL skills\nExperience with PySpark and large-scale data processing\nMachine Learning & Statistics\nHands-on experience with:\nSupervised and unsupervised learning techniques\nStatistical modeling and hypothesis testing\nExperiment design and A/B testing\nScikit-learn\nXGBoost and/or LightGBM\nETL/ELT pipeline development\nData modeling\nCI/CD implementation for ML workloads\nModel monitoring and
