You will manage a team of data architecture analysts and serve as a key voice in shaping the data foundations that underpin fraud detection and prevention across one of the world's leading financial institutions.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and governance of Citi's enterprise information architecture framework, improving data availability, accessibility, quality, and reliability across business functions.\nDefine information architecture principles and standards for the Enterprise Analytics Platform, ensuring alignment with fraud domain requirements and AI-driven use cases.\nDevelop and maintain enterprise information management artefacts, including business architecture models, conceptual and logical data models, data flows, data standards, adoption strategies, and data remediation recommendations.\nArchitect high-level business data solutions that accelerate application design, improve data interoperability, and maximize the use of shared services and assets across the organization.\nPartner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into actionable architectural solutions, identifying cross-functional data patterns and scalable designs.\nManage and develop a team of data architecture analysts, with accountability for performance, resource planning, and professional growth aligned to functional objectives.\nEvaluate data-related business decisions for risk and control implications, ensuring architectural recommendations uphold compliance standards and protect the integrity of Citi's data assets.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nTen or more years of experience in banking or financial services, with deep expertise in data architecture, enterprise information management, or a closely related discipline.\nSpecialist knowledge of the fraud domain, including familiarity with agent architectures and the application of AI and machine learning in fraud detection and prevention.\nDemonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale data architecture solutions, including conceptual and logical data models, data flows, and governance frameworks.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing delivery across multiple teams or organizational counterparts within complex, matrixed environments.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage competing priorities under pressure and drive consensus-based decision-making across large, cross-functional organizations.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nBeneficial Skills & Qualifications\nMaster's degree or MBA in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nHands-on experience with big data platforms and enterprise analytics environments operating at scale.\nFamiliarity with AI and agentic system design principles as applied to data architecture within financial services contexts.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Citi, you will have the scope to lead work that matters - shaping how fraud is detected, prevented, and managed across a global financial institution.
