Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.\nResponsibilities:\nAs a business analyst, is expected to work on requirement gathering, solution design, configuration and end-to-end validation of setups to delivery high quality solution to meet our delivery commitments.\n\nWill be responsible for working with Operations/Finance and business stakeholders.\n\nKnowledge on AI tools, application of AI enablement for P2P processes\n\nExpected to have very strong knowledge on Oracle ERP application 12.2.9\n\nStrong knowledge in Oracle Purchasing, Accounts Payables, Invoice processing workflows, Payment process and integrations of P2P with other payment systems.\n\nGood knowledge on P2P Workflow systems, tools and be able to advise on the technical solution for Oracle workflow solutions for invoice processing/ingestion.\n\nShould have excellent techno-functional knowledge on aspects of integrations, ability to work with cross functional teams to delivery high quality solutions for complex integrations.\n\nShould have Hands on experience in Oracle debugging techniques, excellent problem-solving skills.\n\nThis role is expected to Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues and production migration support.\n\nShould provide analytical support by writing complex queries.\n\nAdditional Job Description\nApplication Business Analyst and Functional consultant resource with strong IT module expertise as well as overall complex data analysis. Proven experience with an industry standard Supply Chain / Sourcing / Procure to Pay tool Oracle eBusiness Suite (Oracle ERP Applications), Experience/Familiaritywith a Supply Chain Operations organization is preferred, but not required. May have extensive expertise in technical system configurations (setups) and solutioning capabilities. The person should have relevant Leadership experience.\nPrimary Oracle Modules- Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General ledger \nExperience in Purchasing, Fixed assets and project accounting would be an added advantage.\nExposure to Oracle workflows, customization and solutioning approaches\nParticipate in User Acceptance testing for enhancements. Perform data analysis and help create data models. Provide analytical support by writing complex queries. Partners with business project leader to jointly deliver solutions. \nMaintains positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders. \nPrepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed. \nEnsure procedural documents are up-to-date.\nJob Skills/Qualifications:\n4-9 years’ experience in relevant field\nStrong knowledge on Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.3 or higher\nGood knowledge on Procure to Pay suite, AP, AR, GL\nAdvantage to have iProcurement, PO, FA, PA\nHave experience in electronic invoices processing and workflows\nGood knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries\nUnderstanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules\nHands on experience in Oracle debugging techniques, excellent problem solving skills\nPreferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role requiring strong organizational skills and business judgment.\nDemonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.\nAttention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.\nExperience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).\nAbility to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes.\nCan work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.\nExcellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills,
