Prepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed. Ensure procedural documents are up-to-date. Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.\nWork on complex production support queries and provide timely resolution for tickets, both Incidents and Requests\nPrepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Create / Update training material as and when needed.\nWork with oracle Support for any product related bugs/data fixes through Oracle Service Requests and ensure timely progress and delivery of solutions.\nShould be able to provide guidance for vendor support team\nShould have good understanding of ITIL Support process, Oracle financial applications\nWork on enhancements/change requests as part of legal & regulatory requirements\nCo-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues and production migration support\nProvide analytical support by writing complex queries.\nMaintain positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders. Partners with business clients to understand their requirement needs.\nSchedule meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.\nJob Skills/Qualifications:\n4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.\nStrong knowledge on Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.3 or higher, Purchasing, iProcurement, AP, iSupplier, Supplier Maintenance\nGood knowledge on GL, FA, PA, \nGood knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries\nUnderstanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules\nHands on experience in Oracle debugging techniques, excellent problem-solving skills\nExperience of using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in Oracle ERP domain.\nPreferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role requiring strong organizational skills and business judgment.\nDemonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.\nAttention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.\nExperience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).\nAbility to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes.\nCan work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.\nExcellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills.\nStrong written/verbal communication skills.\nAbility to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management.\nMotivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
