Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.\nResponsibilities:\nHands on design and orchestration of AI solutions to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies\nMentor a small team (2-5 people) and guide them in fundamental system design principles w.r.t. Gen AI/Agentic AI pipelines/workflows\nIncumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies\nResponsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniques\nIncumbents in this role may often be referred to as Data Scientists\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n8-12 years of experience\nIn depth understanding of deep learning concepts, sequence to sequence models and building recommendations using explainable AI\nHands on experience in design and implementation of Gen AI/Agentic AI workflows in production environments\nHands on experience of working on scalable deep learning models across multiple projects in analytical brainstorming, developing and setting required governance around the same\nMust have the ability to retrieve and manipulation data\nAdvanced analytic ability and problem solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data driven solutions\nAbility to build partnerships with cross-functional teams in order\nWorking experience in a quantitative field, Financial/Credit Card industry\nWilling to learn and can-do attitude\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptive to matrix work environment\nEducation:\nBachelors/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
