This person will work closely with the front office and technology on multiple fronts to help execute strategic goals.\nICM has been established with the objective to provide an integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.\nThis role is focused on short term tactical projects, which often bridge the gap between longer term tech projects.\nThe function is responsible for extensive partnering across all relevant businesses within ICG and Independent Risk to drive key initiatives and associated deliverables for the data strategy and manage change with the right governance framework.\nIn this role, you’re expected to:\nIdentify areas for improvement by listening to front office users and their management teams; prototype solutions and develop business requirements\n\nContinuously learn from and partner with business management and technology partners to identify opportunities to incrementally deliver business value through tactical tools\n\nCreate prototypes for analytical tools that will later be productionized by ICM technology\n\nPartner with internal organizations such as finance, risk, middle office and compliance to improve cross functional workflows, feeds and reporting\n\nCollaborate with technology counterparts to define requirements and ensure proper governance over applications development, testing and releases\n\nProvide user training, solicit feedback and drive systems adoption\n\nRespond to ad-hoc data requests and provide reporting as needed\n\nAs a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:\n3-6 years experience using tools of large data sets and proficient knowledge of data solutioning with AI first approach `\n\nProficient knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as Gen AI and frontier models, Python, Apache Airflow, Streamlit and/or Flask, Starburst\n\nWell versed with code versioning tools like github, bitbucket, etc..\n\nAbility to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets.\n\nAbility to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and drive results.\n\nProject Management skills with experience leading large technological initiatives\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, vlookups, pivot tables).\n\nWorking knowledge in developing BI reporting tools and dashboards in Qlikview or Tableau\n\nFront office experience or interest in Wholesale Credit or Lending\n\nKnowledge of systems engineering or database administration\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience\n\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
