Reporting into the Group Manager, Lead Programmatic Media Strategist, this role is essential in executing against Citi’s internal approach and contributing to the effective use of strategic technology partnerships.\n Key Responsibilities:\nProgrammatic Campaign Execution & Optimization: Execute and optimize programmatic media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring adherence to strategic objectives. Maintain strong hands-on proficiency in leading programmatic buying platforms, including DV360, to implement campaign architecture, bid strategies, and optimization techniques.\nPerformance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and assist in the analysis of programmatic metrics, including basic supply path optimization and media quality indicators. Generate regular performance reports and provide initial insights and recommendations.\nPlatform & Tool Utilization: Utilize various AdTech/MarTech tools for campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, and reporting. Assist in the evaluation of new media solutions and features.\nVendor Communication Support: Support the Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager in day-to-day communication with core programmatic vendors and technology partners, ensuring smooth campaign operations.\nAgency & Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with agency partners and internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.\nOperational Adherence & Quality Assurance: Adhere to established governance frameworks for programmatic media activities. Perform meticulous quality assurance (QA) checks on campaign setups, tracking, and reporting. Assist with documentation of campaign strategies and execution, and support billing reconciliation processes.\nAdTech Support: Contribute to the understanding and application of programmatic technology, assisting in research and discussions related to new and emerging technology utilization.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\n Qualifications:\n2-5 years of progressive hands-on experience within programmatic media, focusing on campaign execution and optimization, whether client-side, publisher-side, or agency-side.\n2-5 years of experience in media, branding or advertising analytics\nStrong hands-on experience running campaigns in DV360 is required.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with leading programmatic activation platforms (DSPs), with a proven track record of contributing to performance improvements through optimization techniques.\nExperience with Amazon and Yahoo DSPs is a plus.\nFoundational understanding of the AdTech and MarTech ecosystems (audience management tools, DSP/SSP, bid management, ad serving, web analytics, identity solutions).\nSolid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategic insights from programmatic datasets.\nProactive and eager to learn about the evolving media landscape, particularly concerning privacy-first advertising.\nGood communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate campaign performance and collaborate effectively with team members and partners.\nDetail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nEducation:\nBachelors/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
