Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.\nResponsibilities:\nFlexible to work in all shifts between 4AM -2 AM IST\nDay to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.\nIdentify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels\nActs as backup for manager\nProvides direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, making recommendations and identifying training requirements.\nResponsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\nAt least 6-8 years in asset servicing, corporate action, capital markets, equity, stocks, securities and derivatives\nInvolvement in process improvements is a plus\nBackground in client custody, services, fund accounting, & reconciliation is preferred.\nWorking experience of corporate actions announcement and scrubbing within a global financial services organization\nGood awareness of capital markets, team handling and managing client escalations independently\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
