Our core activities are safeguarding assets, lending money, making payments and accessing the capital markets on behalf of our clients.\nRSRU Analyst - C10\nIn this role, you will be a part the Regulatory Reporting Recommending Unit (RSRU) team and the core responsibilities are:\nReviewing Obligor information available in the public domain and recommending the appropriate Basel Counterparty type based on the regulatory interpretive guidance. Counterparty type information is a key attribute consumed in RWA calculations.\nLiaising and providing the required facts and evidence to the second line of defense function at Citi in order for them to review and challenge RSRU’s recommendation on the counterparty type.\nSupporting with Audit requests pertaining to Regulatory Segment recommendation.\nInvolved in the many diverse activities that the team engages in, to support the overall RSRU’s Book of Work.\nKey Competencies\nSubject Matter Expertise\nFamiliarity and academic knowledge of banking business model including, products, counterparties, risk profile, earning drivers, and macro-economic implications\nExperience with and knowledge of control environment associated with RWA calculations\nDemonstrated history of facilitating and driving initiatives to grow or change the bank in a program or project management capacity\nStrong understanding of bank risk and control frameworks\nPartnership & Collaborative Success\nDesire to partner with other stakeholders in the firm to drive objectives to delivery\nStrong interpersonal skills to identify and resolve conflict to mitigate roadblocks\nAcumen & Communication\nHigh degree of self-advocacy, motivation, and development\nHighest level of professionalism and business acumen\nCreative Problem Solving\nAbility to understand complex ideas and problems in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to design data-driven technology solutions to create actionable information to answer business questions\nStrong ability to identify, communicate, and advocate for solutions at both high and granular levels\nSuperior attention to detail, accuracy, and scope\nInnovation mind set and intellectual curiosity\nTechnical Skills\nProficient in excel, tableau, SQL, and other data mining applications\nAble to learn new systems quick and maximize potential of available tools (including AI)\nQualifications\n04 to 09 years relevant experience in the Financial Services industry\nFamiliarity with large scale data and querying ability is preferred\nA demonstrated history of delivering on initiatives\nAbility to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across a firm\nProven analytical skills for developing data analysis and quantitative strategies\nAn ability to manage personal workload and agenda independently but in alignment with the priorities of the business unit\nAbility to work under pressure\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
