Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.\nResponsibilities:\nWilling to work in NAM shift (earliest 7pm, 11pm-9am)\nRemediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems\nPerforms trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis\nLiaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated\nProvides a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders\nOwns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion\nProvides tangible metrics to Management\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nIndependently apply judgement in managing day-to-day responsibilities, including assessing complex situations, resolving issues, and determining appropriate courses of action. Will be responsible for decisions and outcomes within area of responsibility, leveraging professional expertise and analytical thinking to address challenges and ensure delivery of work to defined quality and performance expectations. \nSupport effective functioning of the business area by ensuring that administrative processes are implemented consistently and outputs meet expected standards. Will operate across varied and evolving situations, responding to operational requirements to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery of work. \nApplies domain expertise and advanced analytical capability to deliver outputs aligned with established standards and professional benchmarks. Will evaluate business requirements by analyzing complex issues, forming well-reasoned views, and recommending practical, implementable solutions. Apply structured thinking, analytical rigor, and creativity in approaching work, particularly in situations where standard methodologies may require refinement.
