Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.\nResponsibilities:\nKnowledge of Corporate action notification process \nMandatory and Voluntary CA with data vendors knowledge \nPerforms trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis\nLiaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated\nProvides a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders\nOwns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion\nProvides tangible metrics to Management\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n3-5 years of total experience in investment banking , out of which at least couple of years exp in corporate action and Asset servicing \nManaging various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge\nExperience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment\nTakes ownership of allocated work and is accountable\nAble to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate\nFinancial services related qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
