We merge risk SME knowledge and experience together with technical literacy to build reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.\nIn this leadership role, you will lead the ICAAP and Stress Testing execution team, accountable for the end-to-end delivery of stress test and capital adequacy results across 60+ Legal Entities spanning EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.\nYou will spearhead the design, planning, and execution of technology-driven initiatives aimed at automating workflows, scaling reporting infrastructure, and driving operational efficiency.\nFurthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining robust governance and internal control environment in full alignment with internal policies and global regulatory standards, while actively driving strategic global initiatives.\nWhat you will do:\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for executing ICAAP cycles and regulatory/internal Stress Testing exercises across 60+ Legal Entities globally.\nEstablish and enforce robust internal control mechanisms, ensuring data lineage, model output integrity, and strict adherence to global regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies.\nChampion and contribute to global risk transformation programs, aligning local execution with enterprise-wide data governance and infrastructure standards.\nPartner closely with Risk leaders to communicate complex risk results clearly and influence strategic decision-making.\nAct as the primary escalation point for audit inquiries, regulatory reviews, and supervisory assessments related to stress testing and ICAAP reporting.\nLead the identification, design, and end-to-end implementation of Artificial Intelligence projects to automate reporting pipelines, optimize data validation, automate narrative commentary, and eliminate manual workflows.\nArchitect and execute the technology roadmap for reporting and analytics; integrate automated workflows, optimize system performance, and elevate reporting frameworks using modern Business Intelligence and data visualization tools.\nWhat you will do:\n8+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Stress Testing all within global corporate/investment banking.\nMinimum 3+ years of proven experience in leading, managing, and developing a team (performance management, talent development, workload prioritization).\nAdvanced knowledge of ICAAP, Capital Adequacy frameworks, Enterprise Stress Testing, and regulatory expectations across major jurisdictions.\nProven track record of managing diverse teams, driving cultural change, and managing complex multi-regional stakeholder environments.\nStrong understanding of Business Intelligence architectures, data models, and analytics tooling, with proven proficiency in data reporting and visualization platforms ( SQL, Power BI, Tableau).\nWorking knowledge of or prior exposure to Python is considered a plus\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or overseeing AI-driven solutions and workflow automation projects within risk, finance, or analytical operations.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (FRM, CFA, or PRM certification is an advantage).\nFull professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).\nBy joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week), but also (potentially, subject to final offer) receive a competitive base salary and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits which can include:\nEmployer paid Defined Contribution Pension Plan contribution of 6% of employee’s pensionable earnings (PPE Program)\nEmployer paid Private Medical Care Package for employees and Private Medical Care Packages for certain family members available at preferential rates\nEmployer paid Life Insurance Program for employees and Life Insurance for certain family members available at preferential rates\nEmployee Assistance Program financed by Employer Paid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave; statutory and 2 weeks additional paid paternity leave\nSport Card for employees subsidised via Social Benefits Fund and Sport Cards for certain family members available at preferential rates\nAdditional benefits from Company’s Social Benefit Fund, in particular: Holidays Allowance, support for sport and cultural activities, team building events.\nAdditional day off for volunteering\nCafeteria/ flex benefit - a company benefits system which enables employees to select and purchase benefits offered by a provider and available for employees on the platform.\nOpportunity to receive an annual discretionary incentive award\nSpecial offers and discounts for employees\nAlongside these benefits Citi is committed to ensuring our workplace is where everyone feels comfortable coming to work as their whole self every day.
