Using the data put together a solution to optimize the marketing spends based on campaign performance.\nProcess Efficacy/Automation: Periodically review existing process and identify potential ways to streamline the process\nData Visualization\nTo achieve the best in class analytical solutions across business units we use the best in class tools and technology.\nWhat’s expected from you?\nAs a Data Information Intermediate Analyst, we are seeking a 4-8 years experienced analytics candidate who should be able to perform below behaviors in their day to day role:\nClient Obsession through structured thinking - Lead client centric analytical and insightful reporting solutions to accelerate strategic decisioning for the business. Individual should be able to have a holistic view of multiple businesses and develop analytics solutions accordingly.\nAnalytic Project Execution - Own and deliver multiple and complex analytical projects. This would require an understanding of business context, deeper understanding of the business critical KPIs along with their behavior and impact, identifying trends and patterns with data\nProcess Efficacy/Automation: Periodically review existing process and identify potential ways to streamline the process\nStakeholder Management: Experience in stakeholder management across various functions and regions and should be able to effectively handle partner communications independently.\nArticulation & Presentation Skills: Creating and delivering high class presentations to share the thoughts, the solutions or the problem statement to business stakeholders and senior management\nAbility to coach and mentor juniors.\nSkillset you should possess\nThe most important skill that our analyst should possess is their love for data and their eagerness for new challenges & solving new problems. Apart from these, they should also have the following skillset\nBasic Qualifications\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/computer science/Statistics from premier institutes with 4+ years of experience in delivering analytical solutions\nAbility to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler form\nDemonstrate thought leadership to approach open ended problems and build solutions\nShould be able to story board solutions -
