The primary objective is to ensure the performance, integrity, and security of our data by developing robust and efficient database solutions. This individual will act as a subject matter expert on SQL Server and will be responsible for creating and optimizing complex stored procedures and database queries.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDatabase Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable database solutions using SQL Server.\nStored Procedures: Write, optimize, and maintain complex stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions to support business applications.\nPerformance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues.\nData Modeling: Design and implement logical and physical data models to meet business requirements.\nData Integrity: Ensure data integrity and consistency through the implementation of constraints, data validation rules, and other best practices.\nETL Processes: Develop and maintain ETL processes to load and transform data from various sources into the database.\nCollaboration: Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide database solutions.\nQualifications:\nExperience: 10+ years of experience as a database developer, with a strong focus on SQL Server.\nTechnical Skills:Database: Expertise in SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.\nData Modeling: Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with data modeling tools.\n ETL: Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS) is a plus.\n\nSoft Skills:Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and business requirements.\nAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.\nIndependence: Ability to work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of projects.\n\nEducation:\nMaster's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is
