Responsible AI controls for safety and soundness\nProviding technical leadership guiding the team and advice or mentoring junior team members\nDesign and development of high-volume, low-latency, highly scalable applications for mission-critical application services.\nFull stack development using Java, Spring Boot framework with Angular\nDay-to-day development work in Agile development environment using JIRA\nApplication code development, integration testing and deployment using CI/CD framework using Github, Artifactory, Jenkins, BMC LightSpeed, etc.\nKnowledge of designing application workflows with Kafka and handling configuration of Topics, Partitions, Brokers etc.\nKnowledge of using caches like Redis, Memcached, Couchbase etc\nWriting unit tests in java script using modern testing tools\nUnit Testing using mocking frameworks\nSecuring the micro service applications to complain to Citi security standards\nDevelopment and Implementation of monitoring controls, integration with monitoring and reporting tools\nTuning the application’s performance and availability to meet the application SLO and SLAs\nContribute to SRE team work on continuous improvement.\nCollaborate on end-to-end resiliency and continuity of business tests.\nProvide level 3 support on critical application issues and collaborating across multiple teams to resolve the issues and ensure application stability.\nRecommended Qualifications: \n10+ years of relevant experience in Full stack Development and Automation role, especially with Springboot framework with Micro services, Core Java/J2EE, Node-JS, Sprint Boot, Angular and/or React, API development, etc.\nWorking knowledge in deploying and harnessing Generative and Agentic AI applications while enforcing Responsible AI controls for safety and soundness\nShould have deep knowledge of SOA & Micro services, REST Services Development\nStrong knowledge of Software development lifecycle (SDLC)\nExperience using LightSpeed, Jenkins, Github, CI/CD, Harness, COIN\nWorking knowledge on Databases of Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB\nExperience developing automation preferably in Ansible scripting, Python coding is huge plus\nBroad knowledge of web standards relating to API’s (OAuth, SSL, JWT etc.)\nKnowledge of Containers, ECS, Docker, Kubernetes etc.\nWorking experience in Agile development environment using JIRA\nKafka or any messaging experience\nStrong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and collaborate with ease\nProject Management experience\nExperience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment\nWorking knowledge in Observability tools such as Grafana, ELK, Splunk\nDomain knowledge of Enterprise level Databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\nComprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices\nDemonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills\nAbility to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams\nAbility to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative\nAbility to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or
