We’ll enable growth and progress together.\nThe Role:\nThis role is ideal for a seasoned .Net full-stack developer passionate about creating sophisticated, end-to-end automation solutions. The position involves designing and building applications, services, and databases that streamline business processes within a complex enterprise environment. Successful candidates will leverage their deep technical expertise in .NET, microservices, and database management to drive projects from conception through to deployment.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement new or revised end-to-end application systems including UIs, data storage solutions, and automated workflows.\nCreate automated processes that interact with multiple APIs, databases, and application user interfaces.\nDevelop scalable database solutions, including schemas, stored procedures, and functions.\nAnalyze complex business and system processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide evaluations based on industry standards.\nCollaborate with business analysts, architects, and users to translate business requirements into technical stories and provide sizing estimates for development tasks.\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including feasibility studies, design, construction, testing, and implementation.\nManage code promotion, CI/CD pipelines, and all necessary SDLC artifacts to meet compliance and operating standards.\nRecommend and implement security measures and ensure all essential procedures are followed, including those related to risk and compliance.\nPerform code repository hygiene to ensure developer metrics are met and best practices are maintained.\nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\nProvide user and operational support for applications, participate in UAT, and resolve defects in a timely manner to meet release schedules.\nOperate with independence and judgment, managing deadlines and unexpected changes in requirements effectively.\nQualifications\nExperience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.\nCore Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS, with strong proficiency in C#.\nModern UI Frameworks: Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Microsoft Blazor.\nMicroservices & Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in developing .NET Core microservices, along with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.\n Database Development: Proficiency in database development across relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB) and query languages (e.g., PL/SQL, T-SQL).\nAPI Design & Integration: Deep knowledge of RESTful API design principles and hands-on systems integration experience.\n Test Automation: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium).\n Python & Generative AI (Preferred): Experience with Python programming, Agentic AI and/or Generative AI (GenAI) development is an added advantage.\n Java & Spring Boot (Preferred): Java development experience with extensive expertise in building microservices using Spring Boot is a strong plus.\n DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps tools and platforms (e.g., Lightspeed, Harness, Tekton, GitHub) and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\nProject Delivery: Demonstrated track record of managing and implementing successful projects, supported by a working knowledge of project management methodologies.\n Containerization: Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes) is preferred.\n AI-Assisted Engineering: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin AI) to accelerate the software development lifecycle across design, implementation, testing, and feature delivery.\nAI Fundamentals: Practical knowledge of AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and integration with AI models and APIs, is a plus.\nProfessional Attributes: Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, handle shifting priorities, and deliver against evolving deadlines and requirements.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
