Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.\nProven engineering experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable applications in the Finance Technology industry.\nBuild, deploy, and test application components in a development environment during the implementation phase working with all layers of the application stack.\nWork proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.\nExperience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices. \nRequired Skills\nBackend: Java, Spring Boot, Caching, Microservices, Python.\nFrontend: Angular/React, REST API design.\nData & Analytics: Oracle, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL\nCloud: ECS, Open Shift\nAI/ML: Experience with AI Development tools like Co-Pilot, Claude, Devin AI\nDevOps: CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.\nSecurity & Performance: OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and system optimization.\nExperience: 10+ years in software engineering
