The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. \n Responsibilities:\nLead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise UI applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with Angular and Ext JS for developing scalable and responsive user interfaces.\nStrong experience with Java and Spring Boot for designing and developing backend services and APIs.\nExperience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting applications in ECS/containerized environments.\nDefine application architecture, technical standards, reusable components, and development best practices.\nProvide technical leadership to development teams, including design reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.\nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.\nHands-on experience with GitHub, including source-code management, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong knowledge of open-source technologies and frameworks, with hands-on implementation experience.\nAbility to evaluate and select appropriate open-source libraries, frameworks, and tools, considering security, licensing, maintainability, vulnerabilities, and enterprise standards.\nDrive application modernization, technical improvements, and adoption of engineering best practices.\nWork closely with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions successfully.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and help resolve complex technical issues.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience in the following:\nAngular and Ext JS\nJava / Spring Boot\nREST APIs and Microservices\nECS / Containerized environments\nGitHub and Git\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nStrong open-source technology implementation experience\nApplication architecture and solution design\nCode quality, security, performance, and scalability\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and technical leadership capabilities\n\n Education:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\nMaster’s degree preferred\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nTechnology------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family:\nApplications Development------------------------------------------------------\nTime Type:\nFull time------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location:\nTampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:\n$141,440.00 - $212,160.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
