In this role, you will apply deep technical expertise to build and improve software solutions that meet complex business needs, working with a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative global technology environment. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping systems that matter - at scale, and at the centre of Citi's consumer technology landscape.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with technology partners, infrastructure partners, Operational stakeholders during pre and post migration phases.\nPartner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions.\nProvides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of application support.\nFormulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution through in-depth analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, systems, and industry standards, documents requirements.\nPartners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.\nWorks closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements\nDrive production support readiness for key client onboarding and related migration activities , providing post onboarding support for ensuring client deliverable are met per SLAs.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n10 years of experience in software application development, systems analysis, and programming.\nExpertise in application development and production support of Mainframe applications .\nExperience In working with transformation projects from legacy to Gen-Ai platforms is desirable.\nDomain expertise Loss Mitigation applications is an advantage .\nHands-on experience with Python, applied to building and maintaining production-grade applications is a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to manage and deliver software projects from inception through to implementation.\nFamiliarity with project management and consulting methodologies, with the ability to apply structured approaches to technical delivery.\nAbility to work independently under pressure, managing shifting priorities and deadlines without close supervision.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical discipline.\nBeneficial Skills & Qualifications\nExperience working within financial services or consumer technology environments, particularly in collections, recovery, or operations domains.\nExposure to risk and compliance considerations within software development, including the ability to assess and mitigate technical risks.\nExperience acting as a subject matter expert or informal technical mentor to peers or junior analysts.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Citi, you will work in a performance-driven global technology team where your contributions directly shape the systems and services that support millions of customers.
