CODST Technology is looking for an experienced Apps Dev Intermediate Programmer Analyst.

We are looking for an avid technologist who -

• applies analytical thinking and knowledge of development methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
• deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.

• with a developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex information.

Here is what you bring -

• You have 6+ years of experience in developing & managing applications.
• You are expert in logical thinking and coding.
• You are expert in C#, .NET, .NET Core 2+, Angular 16+, SQL, Python C#: Advanced knowledge in object-oriented programming, LINQ, and asynchronous programming.
• .NET Framework & .NET Core (2+): Strong experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.
• ASP.NET Core: Expertise in developing RESTful APIs, middleware, and dependency injection.
• Entity Framework Core: Proficient in database-first and code-first approaches for data access.
• Microservices Architecture: Strong understanding of designing and implementing microservices using .NET Core.
• Windows Services: Experience in creating and managing background services.
• Unit Testing: Proficient in testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, and Moq for .NET applications.
• Dependency Injection: Expertise in implementing DI patterns for loosely coupled architecture.
• Logging: Experience with Serilog, NLog, and Microsoft.Extensions.Logging for application monitoring.
• You have strong experience in Rest API, Kafka/Messaging queue You have strong experience in JQuery, JSON, HTML and CSS
• You have experience in installing, configuring or supporting business applications
• You have experience working with Efficiency Tools JIRA, Bitbucket, uDeploy
• You have exposure to ECS, CICD Pipelines
• You have exposure to AI tools & agents
• You have exposure to BigData/Hadoop
• You possess advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization
• You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible
• You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
• You are an avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation

On a typical day here is what you could do -

• You will provide technical and business supportfor users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
• You will act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors and as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts.
• You will participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production. Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• You will maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• You will manage, maintain and supportapplications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
• You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisionsare made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree /B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
