This is a vice president level role located in Pune.\nThe person in this role will focus on the build out of the One Touch Order Management platform including its microservices layer. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the platform and the replacement of any legacy and vendor trading systems. The objective of this multi-year initiative is to have a comprehensive and robust OMS offering with a competitive cost of ownership and low “price per feature” to support the growth of the business.\nKey responsibilities of the person in this role will include:\nDelivering on a multi-year technology roadmap in alignment with the budget constraints and in line with the business value proposition.\nClose partnership with the global technology team to maximize the value of the platform and ensure the right sequence of delivery.\nAdhere system architecture, design of key modules, SDLC, and adherence to technology standards.\nRapid adoption of AI toolkits in line with the firm’s strategy of modernization of the development process.\nHighly automated low-cost quality assurance.\nClose collaboration with production support to ensure successful delivery and operation of the system.\nPartnership with other technology teams including Client Connectivity, Execution Services, and Risk.\nClose partnership with regulatory, compliance, and audit.\nCompute and estate management including hygiene, security, and vulnerability items.\nThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:\nThe candidate should possess strong analytical and technical skills\n10+ years of experience and Strong program skills in Core Java, Multi-threading, Concurrency and low latency architecture.\nCandidate should also have a good exposure to Unix and Oracle\nCommand of the latest AI productivity tools.\nStrong Engineering background and command of modern architectures and frameworks (middleware, server, document & relational databases)\nStrong command of modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.\nSolid understanding of Equities
