with long-term operational strategy.\nDefine and communicate a 3-5 year strategic vision for the portfolio, translating business priorities into structured delivery roadmaps and program plans.\nServe as the primary interface with senior business stakeholders and executives, owning periodic reporting, investment updates, and strategic trade-off decisions at portfolio level.\nEstablish governance frameworks for prioritization and triage, enabling teams to manage competing demands, resolve delivery blockers, and maintain solution quality across programs.\nOversee funding visibility and resource allocation across teams, ensuring clear accountability for how budgets, vendors, and capabilities are being utilized across the portfolio.\nIdentify central capabilities required across the portfolio and drive horizontal alignment, ensuring solutions are consistent, scalable, and connected to broader organizational direction.\nManage delivery risk across all programs, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and maintaining transparency with stakeholders on control and governance matters.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n15 or more years of experience spanning solution design, program management, and strategic planning, with a demonstrated record of delivering complex technology initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.\nExpertise in building and evaluating complex business and operational models, using data and metrics to support investment decisions, funding cases, and delivery trade-offs.\nProven ability to lead multiple teams through other managers, with experience managing performance, developing talent, and building accountable delivery organizations.\nExceptional communication and negotiation skills, with direct experience influencing decisions and shaping outcomes at the executive level.\nDeep understanding of how to connect solution design with program governance, hands-on project tracking, and operational delivery in fast-moving environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage portfolio-level funding and vendor relationships, with clear visibility into how resources are deployed and where adjustments are needed.\nBeneficial Skills & Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a relevant discipline, complementing a Bachelor's or University degree as a minimum educational foundation.\nExperience applying design thinking techniques to shape scalable solutions across complex, enterprise-wide customer or operational domains.\nBackground in e-commerce, platform delivery, or technology product environments where solution design and
