Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.\nResponsibilities:\nIncumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies\nIdentifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes\nResponsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniques\nSpecialization in marketing or digital fields possible\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.\nQualifications:\n6-10 years of experience\nExpertise in SQL, Python/ Pyspark and Big Data\nExpertise in Adobe Site Catalyst and Exposure Clickstream Data\nExperience in Digital Banking/ Digital Tech/ Digital Business will be preferred\nAbility to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences required\nProblem solving, root cause analysis skills required\nAbility to focus on multiple priorities and drive solutions in a fast paced working environment\nRelevant work experience in data quality, data analytics, data management within the financial services industry required\nOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills\nEducation:\nBachelors/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
