Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.\nTTS Analytics C12\nWhat do we do?\nThe TTS Analytics team provides analytical insights to the Product, Pricing, Client Experience and Sales functions within the global Treasury & Trade Services business. The team works on business problems focused on enhancing client experience, driving acquisitions, cross-sell and revenue growth.\nThe team extracts relevant insights, identifies business opportunities, converts business problems into analytical frameworks, uses big data tools and AI/ML techniques to drive data driven business outcomes in collaboration with business and product partners.\nThe team works on building and operating Generative AI and deep learning solutions - Design, implement, and scale production-grade AI applications end-to-end-from data ingestion and model services to user-facing interfaces, observability, and secure deployments.\nROLE DESCRIPTION\nThe role will be AVP (C12) in the TTS Analytics team.\nThe role will involve working on\nAs a key contributor to ideation on analytical projects to tackle strategic business priorities.\nThe role will require endless curiosity, as ambiguity and open-ended questions are a core part of the team’s work.\nOwn end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.\nDesign and build API-first services (REST/GraphQL) in Python and Node.js that expose model inference, feature computation, and analytics.\nDevelop intuitive front-end interfaces and internal tools using React/Angular/Vue to operationalize model insights and user workflows.\nImplement containerized services with Docker; automate build/test/deploy via CI/CD (Tekton, Harness, Git-based pipelines).\nUse Ansible for configuration management, environment provisioning, and repeatable deployments across Linux/Windows.\nEstablish secure-by-design practices (authentication/authorization, secret management, data access controls) and enforce coding standards.\nInstrument applications and pipelines with monitoring and logging; drive performance tuning, memory management, and cost optimization.\nApply GenAI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning) and deep learning methods to solve practical user and business problems.\nBuild evaluation harnesses and guardrails for LLM quality, safety, hallucination reduction, and bias assessment; iterate based on telemetry.\nCollaborate with product, data, security, and platform teams to prioritize roadmaps and translate ambiguous problems into delivered capabilities.\nCreate clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks; participate in design and code reviews.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nAbility to build partnerships with cross-function leaders.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nExperience:\nMin 8 years of relevant experience in full stack development and Data Science (ML and DL) combined.\nDemonstrated track record shipping AI-enabled products to production in an agile environment.\nMust have substantial experience in:\n5+ years, building production web applications and services with Python and Node.js.\nFront-end development with React/Angular/Vue; strong TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals.\nAPI design and development with REST and GraphQL; experience with microservices patterns.\nDatastores: SQL (e.g., PostGREs) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB); schema/data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.\nContainers with Docker; CI/CD using Tekton, Harness, and Git-based pipelines for automated testing and deployments.\nConfiguration management and automation with Ansible; scripting for environment provisioning and release management.\nOperating systems: Linux and Windows; solid understanding of OS/process fundamentals.\nNetworking basics: DNS, load balancers, firewalls, routing, ports, and protocols.\nObservability: application monitoring, centralized logging, tracing; strong debugging and problem-resolution skills.\nSecurity: authentication, authorization, secret management, secure coding and dependency hygiene.\nGenerative AI & Deep Learning (Complementary and Strongly Preferred)\nHands-on with LLMs and transformer architectures;
