The person in this position will be responsible for data accuracy, signing sessions' organization and ensuring the Onboarding process is efficient and compliant with Polish legal law regulations and internal processes.\nWhat you'll do:\nPerform Onboarding and Promotion process for new hires / employees in Citi Solutions Centre Poland\nProvide regular status updates for new hires / employees promoted\nGenerate offer letters and employment agreements\nServe as primary liaison between the key business stakeholders and TA partners\nEnsure data quality / accuracy\nCreate and facilitate Onboarding sessions\nBeing responsible for superb candidates' experience\nRegistering job changes in systems (Workday and TETA)\nCompletes all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head. and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring availability alignment\nManage interview calendars, reschedule meetings when necessary, and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner\nSend interview invitations, calendar requests, and relevant meeting details to all participants\nEnsure a smooth candidate experience by providing clear instructions, timely updates, and interview-related information\nWhat we'll need from you:\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nGeneral knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors\nProven organization and time management skills\nDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills\nPrevious experience working in a similar role preferred\nShared Services experience\nParticipation in global projects\nExperience with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point;\nWorkday / TETA systems\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
