third-party technology vendors and outsourcing relationships to ensure strict compliance with company policies, local, and established service level agreements\nGovern the scheme change management pipeline ensuring all application and infrastructure changes impacting payment rails are thoroughly reviewed, risk-assessed, and submitted for formal scheme approval.\nManage technical relationships and operational service oversight for clearing partner banks ensuring optimal connectivity and SLA compliance.\nRequired Experience\n2 - 5 years' experience within technology, payments, or infrastructure functions in banking or financial services.\nUnderstanding of Australian and New Zealand payments schemes and clearing arrangements.\nStrong understanding of payment processing, treasury services, receivables, payables, and trade finance platforms.\nExperience supporting business-critical applications in a highly regulated environment.\nDemonstrated experience in regulatory, industry, or scheme-driven technology initiatives.\nProven track record managing production incidents, operational risk, and service resilience.\nKnowledge of technology governance, change management, risk frameworks, and operational resilience.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, operations, and executive audiences.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments\nSkills\nBanking Products: Payments, Liquidity Management, Trade, Investor /Issuer Services\nDelivery Methodologies & Tools: Agile, JIRA, and SaaS platforms\nXML/JSON: ISO 20022 message definitions (pacs, pain, camt), SWIFT MT/MX
