You will combine technical program leadership with artificial intelligence-driven tooling to modernize how Citi plans, tracks, and delivers its most critical technology initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end technology planning, execution, and delivery governance as the technical program management lead for Citi's enterprise fraud prevention initiatives.\nStrong aptitude for decomposing ambiguous, complex architectural and delivery challenges into structured, actionable execution roadmaps\nGuide stakeholders and engineering squads through complex trade-off evaluations, balancing business priorities, customer experience, platform strategy, performance benchmarks, and long-term maintainability.\nIdentify and resolve cross-program dependencies, technical bottlenecks, and architectural conflicts to keep large-scale fraud technology programs on track.\nTrack program milestones, critical paths, and deliverable commitments across multiple engineering squads and distributed platforms.\nDefine release readiness criteria and cutover strategies for high-throughput, low-latency financial transaction systems.\nIntroduce generative artificial intelligence and automation tools to streamline technical decision documentation, executive reporting, and delivery dashboards.\nCommunicate program health, risks, and architectural trade-offs to senior technology and business leaders through executive-level presentations and briefings.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering delivery leadership, or related technology leadership roles managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.\nAt least 2 years of experience supporting payments, fintech, fraud prevention, risk management, or other highly regulated technology environments.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, tracking critical-path milestones, and supporting vendor integrations in matrixed organizations\nWorking knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or comparable project/program management certification required.\nHands-on experience with enterprise delivery, portfolio, and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, MS Project, and ServiceNow.\nExperience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, or enterprise AI platforms) to support reporting, documentation, meeting synthesis, and delivery management activities.\nStrong technical fluency in modern software architecture patterns, including microservices and distributed systems.\nDeep technical domain knowledge across core software engineering disciplines including microservices architecture, distributed API protocols, hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure and resilient data layers.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
