The overall objective of this role is to drive central program coordination, LOB engagement management, intake qualification, delivery milestone tracking, and 2LOD risk/governance alignment across all factory operations, maintaining close operational ties with Group-Wide AI PMO, Model Risk Management (MRM), and CISO Threat Operations.\nResponsibilities:\nDrives central program execution and governance across all Applied AI Factory delivery streams, aligning technical dependencies between engineering pods, enterprise infrastructure teams, and business units.\nLeads LOB engagement management, scoping sessions, intake qualification, and SLA tracking for AI agent project requests across Markets, Services, Banking, PBWM, and Risk/Operations.\nEstablishes and oversees program-level dashboards tracking delivery velocity, stage-gate approvals, token consumption economics (via R2D2 Gateway), inference cost efficiency, and realized business ROI.\nFacilitates fast-track governance operations, including Model Risk Management (MRM) reviews, PTS onboarding, and risk tiering for active agent deployments.\nCoordinates cross-pod technical alignment with 2LOD control partners (MRM, CISO, ICRM) to ensure transparent risk management throughout the agent lifecycle.\nApplies Agile/Scrum best practices to AI delivery, managing sprint velocity, dependency roadmaps, and blocker resolution across multiple concurrent agent squads.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, with significant experience managing complex, high-visibility enterprise technology initiatives.\nStrong technical literacy in AI/ML delivery lifecycles, generative AI prompt/eval workflows, agentic architectures, and distributed cloud/on-prem deployment patterns.\nExperience in defining program scorecards, tracking computational/token economics, and establishing data-driven mechanisms for delivery visibility.\nProven ability to navigate matrixed global organizations and partner effectively with Managing Directors, CIOs, and 2LOD control functions.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated capability to articulate complex technical progress and risks to executive leadership.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience\nMaster’s degree preferred.\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nTechnology------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family:\nDigital Technical Program Management------------------------------------------------------\nTime Type:\nFull time------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location:\nNew York New York United States------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:\n$192,000.00 - $288,000.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
