You will utilize strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to guide programs from planning through implementation and release. This position requires an understanding of how technology teams and business functions work together, as well as the ability to coordinate across diverse groups to achieve shared program objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Program Delivery & Roadmap Execution\nSupport technology planning, execution, and delivery governance activities across programs within Citi's Fraud Technology portfolio.\nTrack and monitor program milestones, deliverables, critical paths, and dependencies across multiple agile teams and hybrid technology environments.\nProactively manage cross-program dependencies, identifying delivery risks, technical bottlenecks, and resource constraints while partnering with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.\nSupport release planning activities, operational readiness reviews, and deployment coordination to help ensure successful production implementations.\nMonitor program health, escalate issues as appropriate, and provide delivery transparency through effective reporting and governance processes.\nArchitecture Alignment, Dependency Management & Systems Integration\nFacilitate discussions among stakeholders and engineering teams regarding delivery impacts, dependencies, priorities, and implementation considerations.\nCoordinate architecture review activities and support alignment across participating technology teams.\nDevelop and leverage working knowledge of modern software architecture concepts, including microservices, APIs, cloud technologies, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems to effectively support program delivery.\nAssist with coordination of system integration activities and technology dependency management across multiple delivery teams.\nAI-Augmented Program Management & Operational Excellence\nChampion the use of Generative AI (GenAI) and automation tools to improve program management efficiency and consistency.\nLeverage AI-enabled solutions to automate meeting summaries, action-item tracking, technical documentation, and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).\nSupport generation of status reporting, release communications, dashboard metrics, and milestone tracking.\nPromote adoption of AI-driven delivery practices, templates, and reporting standards across participating teams.\nStakeholder Communication\nPartner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to communicate delivery progress, key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nBuild collaborative relationships across technology and business teams to facilitate effective decision-making and issue resolution.\nPrepare and deliver program status updates for governance forums and leadership reviews.\nWork collaboratively with business units, external technology vendors, operations teams, internal audit partners, and technology stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes.\nRisk, Governance & Control Management\nTrack and report program risks, issues, dependencies, and governance concerns while partnering with stakeholders on mitigation plans.\nEnsure adherence to Citi's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, architecture review processes, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory obligations.\nSupport change management, release management, and operational governance processes.\nAssist in maintaining audit readiness and documentation required for internal and external reviews.\nQualifications & Competencies\nExperience & Domain Expertise\n5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Technology Delivery, or a related discipline.\nExperience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\nTechnical familiarity with modern architecture patterns, including microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven platforms, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives and managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nPrior experience in financial services, payments, fraud prevention, risk technology, or a related domain is preferred.\nProject Management & AI Tooling\nPMP and/or PMI-ACP certification preferred.\nAdditional certifications such as CSM, SAFe, Cloud Practitioner, or PMI-CPMAI are advantageous.\nExperience utilizing Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise collaboration and delivery platforms.\nExperience leveraging GenAI tools such as Copilot and enterprise AI solutions to improve reporting, planning, documentation, and communication activities.\nLeadership & Communication\nDemonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nAbility to operate effectively within a highly matrixed environment and influence outcomes through partnership and collaboration.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree
