The Audit Manager is responsible for leading, planning and execution, and oversight of Internal Audit assurance activities (audits; issue remediation testing) in technology supporting Citi's Risk and Control Transformation efforts. The overall objective of this role is to develop and execute Issue validation audit activities and will also contribute to all IA Transformation programs’ validation objectives. The IA Technology Transformation team is based in multiple locations in the US as well as location in Mississauga.\nResponsibilities:\nConsistently develop, execute and deliver audit reports in a timely manner, in accordance with Internal Audit and Regulatory standards\nReview and approve the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for all reviews\nCollaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on overall control environment and audit approach\nManage audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level\nLeverage a comprehensive expertise to manage a team\nAdvise the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption\nRecommend interventions to issues, propose solutions for risk and control problems, partner with Directors and Managing Directors to develop approaches for broader corporate issues\nApply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and regulations to a specific product or function area Qualifications.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n6-10 years of relevant experience\nRelated certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred\nEffective comprehension of business side of audit function and subject matter expertise regarding technology application\nEffective verbal, written and negotiation skills\nEffective project management skills\nEffective influencing and relationship management skills\nDemonstrated ability to remain unbiased in
