Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.\nResponsibilities:\nSupports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and the rollout of products into production.\n\nCollaborates with project managers and users to design and implement application testing strategies and plans.\n\nCreates, executes, and documents test scripts based on application requirements to ensure quality standards.\n\nLogs defects, retests software corrections to ensure resolution, and interfaces with development teams for clarification.\n\nConducts quality control tests and analysis to verify that applications meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.\n\nContributes to the development of comprehensive test plans and documents the evolution of test cases for future use.\n\nMakes evaluative judgments based on factual analysis to resolve problems by applying technical experience and guided by precedents.\n\nAssesses risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.\n\nQualifications:\n2-4 years relevant testing experience required\n\nInvestment products and a utomation knowledge preferred\n\nExperience in requirement reviews & able to identify, communicate and document discrepancies.\n\nUnderstanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies\n\nBasic knowledge of relationship data bases. Knowledge of applications supporting the testing process\n\nDemonstrated analytical skills & ability to work independently on assigned tasks\n\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills\n\nQA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases.
