The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.\nResponsibilities:\nContribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.\nAssist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.\nAid in the design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.\nProvide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.\nPartner with each of the originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc.\nEnsure that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.\nWork with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure all stakeholders have end to end transparency.\nConstantly improve processes, controls and efficiencies within the group and front to back across loan lifecycle\nParticipate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.\nTake part in loan remediation and loan system testing / migrations.\nActively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.\nCoordinate and close loan transactions/lifecycle events, capture data, store documentation, troubleshoot issues/roadblocks, perform quality control\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nSupport execution of business decisions within the function by translating direction into actionable steps and ensuring effective follow-through. Address non-routine situations and practical challenges by applying judgement to identify solutions or take decisions within scope. Support effective functioning of the business area by ensuring processes are implemented consistently and outputs meet expected standards. Will operate across varied and evolving situations, exercising discretion to respond to changing requirements and priorities, while ensuring reliability, timeliness, and quality in execution within defined scope.\nApplies domain expertise and advanced analytical capability to deliver outputs aligned with established standards and professional benchmarks. Drive and influence delivery of work within area of responsibility, contributing to operational priorities and ensuring progress against timelines. Will be accountable for delivery outcomes, including quality and timelines, and may have a measurable impact on business results within scope. In addition, will provide oversight on execution by reviewing outputs, guiding approach where required, and addressing gaps to ensure delivery meets expected standards. Take ownership of decisions and deliverables within remit, applying analytical thinking and professional expertise to solve problems and ensure effective outcomes.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience\nIndividual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.\nIndividual must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up. \nCandidate has quantitative skills with a high proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft based programs.\nTableau or visualization tool familiarity\nExperience with Loan IQ, transaction capture tools, etc.\nKeen attention to detail\nDeveloped analytical and problem-solving abilities\nClient relationship and solution skills\nAdditional non-core qualifications which will be considered are:\nExperience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at large financial Institution\nKnowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated / bilateral) product and business, including an understanding of legal loan documentation, loan / funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flows, etc.\nExperience working with clients under time constraints to facilitate a transaction or process.\nProven ability to collaborate with team members, Senior management, and other business constituents\nCritical decision-making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent deadlines through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills with experience in continuously following-up with various stakeholders\nUnderstanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending\nDeep understanding of operational processes supporting Wholesale lending\nFocus on achieving/exceeding key operating standards within a KPI/metrics driven culture\nAbility to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing\nEducation:\nBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience\nSe requiere inglés fluido, conversacional y escrito.\nEntendimiento de contratos de crédito a clientes corporativos y empresariales, colaterales, covenants.\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
