Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more projects.\nAssess creation of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.\nWork with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents.\nEnsure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand project schedule and key milestones..\nEscalate project risks to the Project Director, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate.\nEnsure vendor performance is monitored and actions taken if performance warrants.\nProvides sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.\nDirectly affects the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.\nHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. \nCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. \nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\n Recommended Qualifications:\n6-10 years relevant experience\nPrior industry experience.\nFully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process; Basic understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics ; Individual is expected to be subject area expert in one (or more) specific skill sets\nPossesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives\nEducation:\nBachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
