We work with clients across the United States, with global ambitions in the years ahead.\nWho You Are:\nAs a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for ADAPT, our roadway and right-of-way asset management platform for public agencies. ADAPT is growing quickly, and part of the job is defining the product with customers: who it’s for, what it does, and what it doesn’t. You will own the ADAPT roadmap while working closely with the engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive adoption and measurable customer value. Our products are data and models first, sold to state and local governments, so getting the data right matters as much as the features.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both products, including deciding what not to build and when to invest in scalability and quality over new features.\nPartner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences\nWork with data science to define what good data and model output looks like, and how we measure it.\nFor the AI product: find where AI genuinely helps agencies, validate it with customers before building, and decide with engineering when a feature is ready to ship.\nWork with engineering and data science to set the quality bar for AI features: what a correct answer is, when the product should say it can't answer, and how quality is tracked in production.\nDevelop features that leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes\nWork closely with existing clients to understand their pain points and validate solutions\nBring enterprise needs into the roadmap: reliability, security, permissions, and administration for larger agency customers.\nEstablish clear success metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, time saved, adoption)\nCollaborate with go-to-market teams to drive successful launches and adoption\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or GovTech\nHas shipped customer-facing AI or LLM features to production, and can explain how quality was defined and measured\nHas owned the roadmap for a growing product, including trade-offs between new features and investment in scalability, reliability and quality\nExperience with complex data, analytics, or AI/ML products and GovTech or another complex compliance or technical domain (healthcare, finance, security, etc.)\nStrong understanding of user workflows and building for non-technical users at scale\nAbility to translate complex problems or client requirements into simple solutions\nData-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics\nUses AI tools day to day\nComfortable in a startup-style setting with lightweight structure.
