From an organizational perspective, Events team represents one of three pillars - the other two being Roadshow Services and Corporate Liaison. Work streams related to Forums and Access Days comprise event planning, communication with internal and external stakeholders, meeting scheduling, event production and post-event reporting.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nPlan and execute both physical and virtual events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.\nAssist with event registration, attendee management, budgeting, and post-event reconciliation.\nCoordinate event logistics with internal stakeholders, external vendors, service providers, and regional offices.\nManage meeting schedules, participant registrations, and related event communications.\nRespond to event-related inquiries from clients, corporates, delegates, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner.\nMaintain and analyze event data, prepare reports, and support process improvements through the effective use of event management systems, technology and AI.\nProvide general administrative and ad hoc support as required.\nRequirements\nPostgraduate or above\nMinimum 2 years of experience in event management/ corporate access in Investment Banking / Events Industry, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, administrative and logistics skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nClient-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.\nProactive, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and under pressure during peak event periods.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for events.\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
