It is must for candidate to be technically strong, detail oriented and Self-motivated to learn cross skilled technologies.\nKey Area of Responsibilites\nProactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7 service\n\nMaintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments\n\nProvide L1,L2,L3 level server support similar to current team\n\nManage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers\n\nCreate and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks\n\nProvide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment\n\nCollaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes\n\nProvide weekend support on scheduled weekend changes\n\nProvide on-call support during off hours if needed\n\nParticipate in Disaster Recovery and BCP drills\n\nManage Physical server infrastructure using remote access\n\nManage and maintain virtual machines in internal ESX farm as well as in AWS\n\nBuild new physical and virtual servers as per standards\n\nFault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions\n\nProactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning\n\nKnowledge on servers installed with cluster software and databases.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor degree or higher in IT/Computer or other related studies\n\n8-10 years experience as a Linux Administrator and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc.)\n\nIN depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat both physical and virtual environment\n\nPrevious working experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes etc. deployed in internal infra.\n\nHands on experience with physical/VM server deployments and commissioning\n\nExperience / knowledge on various HPE or other server hardware and architecture\n\nExpert in automation using Ansible or any other tools\n\nCapable of Automation using scripting language such as Shell, Perl and/or Python scripting\n\nStrong problem solving and communication skills in English and Chinese\n\nAdditional Requirements\nAdditional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE) will be considered an advantage\n\nMS Windows OS knowledge will be added advantage\n\nGood to have knowledge on Veritas cluster and Veritas Storage Foundation\n\nGood to have worked on / knowledge of tools such as BigFix, OneView, ITRS, Service Now, SCOM, CyberArk\n\nKnowledge on Container, Tanzu or Kubernetes platforms\n\nKnowledge on Containers/Dockers\n\nFamiliarity with VMWare and SAN management and concepts\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
