Our trading platform is purely developed in-house; the successful candidate will work closely with Electronic Execution desk, Equity Traders and Technologists to deliver high quality, cutting edge solutions.\nThe candidate will have to work effectively in a dynamic and diversified team environment.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nLead the build out of the KDB+ based global analytics product - a key area of growth for our Electronic product offering\n\nBe responsible for the day to day operation and development of the analytics product - including real-time and historical market data, algo execution details and alternative data sources.\n\nWork closely with the quant team to develop a fully-featured analytics API for modelling and data analysis\n\nImprove integration between the analytics system and other areas of the Electronic trading Suite, such as the execution engine, model engine, UI and post trade system.\n\nExtend and improve the production data infrastructure\n\nResolve operational issues and implement preventative measures\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Quantitative Discipline.\n\n10+ years of experience in KDB, with an excellent KDB / Q development skills.\n\nStrong understanding of KDB architecture and design best practices\n\nIn depth understanding of Equities Market Data\n\nExperience with Refinitiv Elektron or RRDT feeds\n\nExperience in API design\n\nExposure to TCA / Post trade reporting\n\nSome experience in other programming languages, such as Python, C# or R\n\nStrong analytic and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
