The role will focus on collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, documenting and preparing specifications, and supporting system enhancements and implementations. The successful candidate will have prior BA experience in a financial or banking environment, with a working knowledge of derivatives, and the ability to work closely with technology and business teams to deliver effective system solutions.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nGather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and propose suitable solutions.\n\nTranslate gathered requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate effectively with developers to deliver appropriate solutions.\n\nDocument and maintain functional requirements and design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDefine testing strategies and conduct thorough SIT for new features and enhancements, as well as co-ordinate UAT.\n\nCommunicate changes in processes or systems to relevant stakeholders, ensuring proper follow-up and support.\n\nIdentify and escalate risks while proposing both tactical and strategic solutions to mitigate these risks and provide business support.\n\nPerform administrative and coordination tasks to help ensure smooth project delivery.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related\n\n5- 8 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within a banking, finance, or related technology environment.\n\nExperience supporting system-related projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.\n\nExposure to or knowledge of derivatives products.\n\nGood communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail\n\nAbility to work independently under guidance from senior BAs or project managers.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL, data analysis, or scripting languages is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of Prime brokerage or OTC Options is beneficial but not essential.\n\nPast experience with Calypso or similar order/trade management systems is a plus.\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
