You will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, SMEs, architects, and engineering teams to translate healthcare regulatory and business requirements into scalable products and technology solutions.\nResponsibilities: -\nDrive product vision, roadmap, and backlog for healthcare data, analytics, quality measurement, and interoperability solutions.Translate healthcare regulatory and business requirements including HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, dQM, MIPS, Medicaid, Medicare, and Value-Based Care programs into product capabilities and user stories.Lead requirement elicitation, stakeholder workshops, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Agile product delivery.Define healthcare data exchange and interoperability requirements leveraging FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, and claims data frameworks.\nPartner with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable data models, analytics solutions, interoperability workflows, and quality measurement capabilities.\nLeverage AI and GenAI tools for requirements discovery, smart documentation, prototyping, business analysis, and productivity acceleration.\nCollaborate with clients, SMEs, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive adoption, solution alignment, and business outcomes.\nExperience: -\n5 - 7 Years\nLocation: -\nPuneMumbai\nEducational Qualifications: -\nBE/BTech/ME/MTech/BSc/MSc or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines.Relevant Product Management, Agile, Interoperability, or Healthcare certifications are desirable.\nCertifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, HL7/FHIR, or equivalent industry certifications\n\nSkills: -\nMandatory Technical Skills: -\nStrong knowledge of US healthcare programs including HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, dQM, MIPS, Medicaid, Medicare, and Value-Based CareExperience in product ownership, business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, backlog prioritization, and Agile product deliveryStrong understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability including FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, and claims dataExperience in translating business and regulatory requirements into data models, analytics, reporting, and quality measurement solutionsHands-on experience in leveraging AI/GenAI tools for requirements discovery, documentation, prototyping, analysis, and automationExperience in using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and user story managementExcellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nGood to Have Skills: -\nKnowledge of CQL, NCQA Digital Quality Measures (dQM), USCDI, TEFCA, and CMS Interoperability initiativesExperience in using Cloud-based healthcare data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS\nOur commitment\nTo combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
