This is a critical role where you will leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimise our people strategies across the organisation.\nIn this position, you will take charge of collecting, analysing, reporting, and interpreting employee data to uncover actionable insights. Your work will directly support key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, ultimately boosting our overall organisational effectiveness. Experience in the following: Data analytics\nAbility to extract data from people systems such as HRM’s, ATS and learning platforms.\nExperience in a People Analytics role within a HR function (or similar).
