The Corporate Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, flawless execution, and continuous evolution of internal colleague and recognition events supporting the bank’s most senior executives. This role partners closely with executive leadership, corporate communications, and other business lines to deliver world-class meetings and events, both in person and virtually. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience working with executive leadership, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of internal executive-level events, including leadership meetings, executive offsites, town halls, and recognition celebrations.
Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars and meetings.
Schedule and run cross-functional planning meetings and provide logistical support and operations consultation, as needed.
Manage registration-related tasks, from site development to creating invitations to reporting.
- Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, production, AV, technology, food & beverage, transportation, and on-site execution.
Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and reports, as needed.
Manage financial administration, including processing invoices and budget reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to procurement, legal, and compliance guidelines.
Monitor and respond to messages in the Corporate Events mailbox.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events, executive events, or internal communications-led event planning.
Proficiency with virtual event platforms (ie MS Teams, Web Ex and Zoom).
- Proven experience managing high-profile, high-visibility events for C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision and professionalism
- Knowledge of AV equipment and show calling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Some travel required for site visits and onsite execution support.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $111,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
