Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nBuild, maintain, validate, and enhance Marketing Mix Models (MMM) across product lines to measure the short- and long-term impact of marketing investments on business outcomes using Python and SQL.\n\nDevelop marketing attribution insights and key performance metrics, including marketing contribution, cost per incremental acquisition, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).\n\nPartner with Marketing Analytics and marketing stakeholders to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and investment performance.\n\nDevelop and implement optimization solutions for budget allocation, scenario planning, and resource optimization using tools such as Pyomo, SciPy, or similar frameworks.\n\nCommunicate analytical methodologies, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nLocation Preference: Candidates located in the Greater Boston MA, Columbus OH, Charlotte NC, New York NY or Chicago IL are preferred.\n\nRequired Skills/Experience:\n8+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, marketing analytics, statistical modeling, or related fields.\n\n5+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using Python and SQL.\n\n3+ years of experience building Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or similar advanced analytics solutions.\n\nStrong expertise in time series modeling, Bayesian methods, and regression modeling.\n\nProven ability to solve complex business problems using statistical modeling and data-driven analysis.\n\nExperience developing, testing and deploying optimization solutions to support business strategy and decision-making using Pyomo, SciPy, or similar frameworks.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical insights into clear business recommendations.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive business outcomes through data and analytics.\n\nAdditional Skills/Experience:\nStrong foundation in statistical modeling and analytics, including regression, time series analysis, ANOVA, decision trees, clustering, and other quantitative techniques.\n\nExperience designing and solving linear and nonlinear optimization models using 3rd party solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, IPOPT, and KNITRO.\n\nExperience applying data and analytics within Banking or Financial Services.\n\nExperience with model governance, including model documentation, validation, and risk management requirements.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical insights into clear business implications for technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nCollaborative team player with experience working across analytics, data engineering, technology, and business teams.\n\nDemonstrated ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving complex business problems.\n\nEducation, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:\nBachelor’s Degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research or similar quantitative field required; master’s degree preferred\n\nPay Transparency\nThe salary range for this position is $149,000-$194,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings (if applicable). Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
