Additionally, you will build knowledge of the company, processes and customers, while solving a range of straightforward problems related to QA.\nPrimary responsibilities include\nThe incumbent is responsible for quality assurance planning, which includes the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and test plans for wealth management processes and systems.\nThe incumbent is responsible for test execution and analysis, test documentation and reporting, and process improvement and risk mitigation.\nThe incumbent responsible for regulatory compliance, which includes staying updated on regulatory changes that impact wealth management operations and systems.\nMinimum Requirements:\n1 year or more of bank/financial services ideally in Wealth Operations\nFINRA Series 7 licensure\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\nSuccess proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills. \nProven ability to successfully analyze, problem solve and make decisions independently. \nPossesses detailed and goal oriented professional approach with an interest in Wealth Management and Investment business line.\nCompleted high school degree or GED equivalent. \nPreferred Requirements:\n1+ year of Quality Assurance review and testing grid processing.\n1+ years of process improvement experience\nSecurities Licenses such as Series 24 and/or Series 63 highly preferred.\nDemonstrated successful stable work history.\nCompleted associates and/or bachelors college degree \nHours & Work Schedule\nM-F: 8:00 AM ET - 4:30 PM ET;
