This role owns core IT operational processes including endpoint lifecycle management, user provisioning, and Microsoft 365 support while driving a consistent, high-quality user experience in a remote/hybrid environment.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nIT Operations & Service Delivery\nOwn intake, prioritization, and resolution of IT service requests across multiple channels (ticketing system, email, Teams)\nManage workload against defined service levels and business priorities\nResolve a broad range of technical issues across identity, collaboration platforms, and endpoint devices\nIdentify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and long-term solutions\nCollaborate with internal IT team and external partners (MSP) to ensure service continuity\nMicrosoft 365 & Collaboration Platforms\nProvide advanced operational support for Microsoft 365 services:\n Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint\nManage and troubleshoot:\n Access requests and permissions (SharePoint / OneDrive)\n File access, sharing, and sync issues\nSupport business adoption and effective use of collaboration tools\nAssist in maintaining governance standards and best practices\nUser Lifecycle Management (Onboarding & Offboarding)\nOwn end-to-end onboarding processes:\n Provision user accounts and assign licenses (Entra ID / Microsoft 365)\n Build, configure, and ship laptops to new hires, ensuring devices meet production and security standards\n Coordinate onboarding timelines, device delivery, and readiness across stakeholders\n Provide initial onboarding support (login, MFA, environment setup)\nExecute structured offboarding processes:\n Disable user accounts and remove access in accordance with security policies\n Coordinate device return, tracking, and disposition\nEnsure accuracy, completion, and timeliness of all lifecycle activities\nEndpoint & Device Lifecycle Management\nManage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices:\n Build, configure, deploy, and refresh laptops using standardized processes\n Maintain device readiness and inventory alignment\n Support hardware troubleshooting and performance optimization\nSupport Intune-managed environments:\n Device enrollment, compliance, and policy alignment\n Intermediate troubleshooting and issue resolution\nProcess Improvement & Documentation\nMaintain accurate ticket documentation including root cause and resolution details\nContribute to the development and refinement of IT processes and standard operating procedures\nCreate and update end-user documentation and internal knowledge base articles\nIdentify opportunities to streamline onboarding, device provisioning, and support workflows\nSecurity & Compliance Operations\nEnforce IT security and access control standards:\n MFA setup and enforcement\n Identity verification and secure account management\nEnsure access aligns with least-privilege principles\nIdentify and escalate potential security concerns (phishing, suspicious activity)\nSupport compliance-related processes tied to user access and device management\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint management\nStrong working knowledge of:\n Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)\n Windows 11 endpoint management and troubleshooting\n Entra ID (Azure AD) user and access management\nExperience with device provisioning, imaging, and shipping logistics\nExperience working within a ticketing system and SLA-driven environment\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management\nExperience supporting distributed/remote work environments\nFamiliarity with SharePoint permissions and governance models\nExposure to endpoint security and identity security tools (Defender, Conditional Access)\nCore Competencies\nOwnership mindset with strong operational accountability\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent outcomes\nStrong communication across technical and non-technical audiences\nAttention to detail and process discipline\nProactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement\nCollaborative team player with sound escalation judgment\nThe estimated salary for this position and similar roles Citrus may consider for applicants ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 per year. This is the approximate pay range that Citrus anticipates it will pay for this and similar positions at the time of this posting.
