We value responsible practices, cutting-edge innovation, and collaborative community partnerships as we scale our platform and shape the future of urban living through technology.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a B2G-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for generating and maintaining qualified pipeline, booking meetings with municipal stakeholders, and supporting deal momentum through consistent outreach and follow-up.\nYou’ll be engaging with city managers, department directors, innovation teams, procurement officers, and elected officials.\nResponsibilities\nProspect and qualify municipal leads across assigned territories\nBook meetings and demos for Account Executives and Sales Directors.\nConduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn\nManage pre- and post-conference outreach campaigns\nPerform structured follow-ups with cities after demos, pilots, and meetings\nResearch city organizational structures and key stakeholders\nMaintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot\nSupport territory planning and account mapping\nAssist with RFP/RFI discovery and early-stage qualification\nRequired Experience & Skills\nExperience in B2G sales or public sector business development\nStrong understanding of municipal sales cycles and procurement processes\nComfortable engaging senior government stakeholders\nExperience using HubSpot or similar CRM\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nTech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms\nExperience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)\nPreferred\nPrior experience selling SaaS or GovTech solutions\nFamiliarity with conferences or similar environments\nWillingness and flexibility to travel for conferences and key meetings\nCompensation\nThis position is Salary + uncapped commission incentive plan\nBenefits\nEligible for company equity incentive plan\nFully remote position\nUnlimited PTO\nHealth, vision, and dental insurance\n$100 monthly wellness stipend\nBi-annual team retreat\nProfessional development opportunities\nWhat to Expect in Our Hiring Process\nOur hiring process is designed to be thoughtful, efficient, and human.
