Living nearby is a plus, but not required.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nA reliable professional who can work a consistent 11:00am-7:00pm schedule, with occasional morning or evening shifts when needed\nSomeone who can oversee day porters and evening porters to ensure quality standards are met\nA “working supervisor” mindset - willing to jump in, clean when needed, and support floor work\nStrong problem-solving and light handyman abilities\nBilingual skills are a plus\nWillingness to obtain forklift certification (we’ll help)\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee daily cleaning operations and support staff\nManage consumables/supply control\nPerform weekly safety inspections (including eye wash stations)\nReplace or repair lighting and ensure emergency exit signage is operational\nHigh-dusting tasks using lifts\nMaintain and refresh facility items such as shower curtains and countertop coatings\nSupport additional facility needs as they arise\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma required.\n3+ years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
