We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Night Manager to join our Oklahoma City team and help oversee evening operations.\nPosition Summary: The Night Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions plays a critical role in overseeing the quality of our cleaning operations during night shifts. This position entails managing relationships with Independent Contractors (IC), ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of service that meet client expectations. This isn't your typical office job! You'll be out in the field, visiting clients' properties to make sure they receive top-notch service.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and assess the effectiveness of cleaning operations based on client feedback and contractual obligations.\nDevelop strong working relationships with Independent Contractors to foster collaboration and ensure adherence to City Wide’s standards.\nConduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and client specifications.\nFacilitate communication between field teams and management to report on daily operations and any urgent matters that arise.\nAddress customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.\nOversee the execution of City Wide’s policies related to new client starts and complaints.\nPrepare and submit nightly reports summarizing the evening’s activities, observations, and issues requiring follow-up.\nRequirements\nMust have reliable transportation and maintain valid auto insurance.\nMust complete our behavioral and cognitive assessment.\nDependable, responsible, and self-motivated individual.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\nPrevious supervisory, janitorial, or facilities experience is a plus, but not required.\nMust be able to travel between client locations throughout the evening.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and qualifies for the higher hourly rate.\nSafety Sensitive:\nThis position is
