The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met.\nEssential Functions:\nPerform Client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies. \nManage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new Client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction. \nBuild strong working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions. \nCommunicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.\nEnsure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.\nOther duties as necessary.\nThe City Wide team is committed to positively impacting the lives of everyone within the City Wide community of franchisees, clients, employees, contractors, and vendors. We must also be significant!\nRequirements\nFluent written and spoken skills in the English language (Spanish and/or Portuguese are also helpful).\nHigh School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry. \nHighly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.\nPositive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.\nExcellent verbal and strong written communication skills.\nMust have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.\nMust be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.\n*Must be available for a two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift role.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
